I'd like to help you test your connection in advance

Occasionally, there are problems with connecting to our live webinar event servers. Let's see how it works for you.

Please press the play button to start the test and listen with your computer or headphones.

 

 

Here's what you should hear - The operator says "Welcome to the conference - Please enter the conference ID, followed by the pound key." If you hear all this, you are good to go. To hear it again, refresh the page and restart the player, by hitting the "Play" triangle on the player above.

If you don't hear anything or see an animated button, be sure to test this player with another browser like Firefox or Chrome - this testing player is having trouble in Internet Explorer at the moment. If you ever have issues with our system, our first recommendation is to switch to one of those browsers immediately.

This event player runs on our live server, the same computer that our live webinar programs use. If you can hear the contents of this test program, you are accessing the system and can expect to see slides and hear presenters normally. All Webinars On Fire replays run from a different server, so this test is only for the live event server.

If you cannot, it's an indication that your computer may not be allowed to connect to us. Often, corporate IT staff limit access to outside content via firewall settings and this may be happening to you.

Note to IT Administrators: Port 80 is the only port required to access our webcast pages. Potentially, if DNS (UDP port 53) isn't working, then the DNS hostname lookups for the various hostnames won't work, and that could cause a webcast to malfunction.

If you are concerned about this problem, please let us know as soon as possible so that you don't miss your upcoming webinar. Webinar hosts are asked to forward the link to this page to their audiences in advance, so that as many people as possible can attend Webinars On Fire events.
